We source our specialty-grade Arabica coffee beans from the high-altitude farms of the Sidamo region in Ethiopia, where the ideal climate contributes to their complex, floral, and citrus notes. The cherries are carefully washed and sun-dried to preserve their inherent quality, resulting in beans that consistently grade SCA 84+ with a screen size of 15+ and moisture content under 11.5%.
Following processing, the green beans are mechanically sorted to minimize defects and packaged in 60kg jute bags fitted with hermetic Grainpro liners. This advanced packaging is critical for preserving freshness and protecting the beans from humidity and odor during ocean freight. We manage the entire export chain, ensuring timely container booking and providing all necessary documentation for a smooth customs clearance process at your destination port. This meticulous approach guarantees the nuanced flavor profile is intact upon arrival.
