Our premium cocoa beans are sourced directly from the Ashanti Region of Ghana, a world-renowned origin for its robust, classic cocoa flavour profile. The beans are fully fermented for a minimum of seven days and sun-dried to achieve the optimal balance of flavour precursors and a stable moisture content below 7.5%, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition for chocolate production.
Post-drying, the beans are meticulously sorted to remove any imperfections and graded to meet Grade I standards, with a target fat content of 55% or higher. We pack exclusively in new 64kg jute bags to maintain breathability during transit. Shipments are containerized with careful attention to stowage, protecting the beans from moisture and physical damage on their journey to international processors.
