The raw nuts are carefully dried to achieve a critical moisture content of less than 5% before mechanical shelling, a key step in minimizing breakage and preserving the integrity of the kernel.
The shelled kernels undergo rigorous sorting to meet a >98% outturn of whole nuts and a scorch rate below 2%. For optimal preservation, they are vacuum-sealed in 10kg bags, which are then packed within sturdy master cartons. This packaging method prevents oxidation and moisture ingress, locking in freshness throughout the logistics chain.
